PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid. EUROPSY Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the treatment of Eating Disorders. Clinical Director and head of the Eating Disorder Unit at Instituto Centta. Founding member of the COP Working Group on Eating Disorders and Obesity, member of the Spanish Working Group on Motivational Interviewing (GETEM), member of the Spanish Association for the Study of Eating Disorders (AEETCA), and member of the ANOBAS and ESTILife research groups. His research focuses on the epidemiological, conceptual, and psychopathological aspects of Muscle Dysmorphia and Eating Disorders in men. He collaborates as a lecturer with various universities, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology, covering topics related to psychopathology and intervention in Eating Disorders and Personality Disorders. Associate Professor at UAM, teaching Intervention Techniques, Child Psychopathology, and Psychopathology.
